I hope so. Because it is really weird, the Chairman can give gray area wording/statement during AGM mah, no obligation to give big picture as their share price at that time also not high or low.

But he looks very sincere and tell what he can tell. Very clear message.

First phase he revealed is the freight station first, maintenance depot will be another phase. Size and total value involved not revealed too details.
