Welcome bro,just doing my own research checking the info given by targetinvest.seems like what he said is true,if ecrl buy all 450 acres is 800 mil,we are rich.but lets say worse case only half of it,we can still estimate around 400-500 mil?based on the pic proposed it more or less half the land.

Market cap now only RM83m. Any above transaction concluded in near term for the kuantan land, then half of 450 acres land RM400m already is 5 times of current market cap and share price.

What is more interesting is that Eden owns 2 IPP power plants: a 20 MW hydro (renewable energy) in Kelantan and a 60 MW thermal plant in Sabah. These power plants were being rehabilitated and expected to generate profitable, steady and robust income streams for Eden going forward. In addition Eden also has biz in hospitality and tourism sector. And off course not forgetting that Eden has a large land bank at a very strategic location and the net book value of Eden shares is much more than 70 sen.

If banker want to lure us to buy at high price, then they wont press the price for last few days which in fact lure some existing holder to throw back the price 0.205. Last few days 0.205 is the relatively empty slot which seem have some retailers throw back on that (0.21 selling Q is heavy in last few days, if for those rush to sell on without patience, then will throw direct to buying Q 0.205)
