Ya, the fundamental is weak if there is no physical announcement.

But, please analyse this way. If invest in shares, we only see the confirmed surface (news) then we may have some issues to our investments (either mislead by fake news or the price already factored in the confirmed news).

Just imagine, today you are Tan Sri Rahim, with the above background (PM and MOF connection), you will need to look for businesses or businesses will look for you?

Simple analysis from business perspective.

Of cos, I am talking about the EDEN major asset - ECRL Land for Depot Maintenance Centre and Station 2 (KPC2) and its possible associate industrial property development for cargo handling.

- Looks not too bad Cabinet formed and Ministry of Finance Factor

- Confirmed first phase compulsory acquisition which set the benchmark price of RM24/sqft (compared to book value RM8/sqft)

- Confirmed ECRL station Kuantan Port City 2 proposed location at Eden land (total 450 acres; pending number of acres to be compulsory acquisition)

- Potential industrial property development to support ECRL Kuantan Port City 2 Station - Cargo handling and associated services

Not yet. Depends on operator willingness to push the price up before announcement. When the heavy selling Q removed later on, then meaning the announcement will be soon out.

Otherwise may need to wait sideline.

Quarter Jan-Mar still have to announce unaudited quarter result. Normally by May to announce Mar Quarter. Nothing to do with change of year end.

Only the Annual Audited Report will be need to wail period ended 30 June 2020

zhm540 Some short term retailers are selling back due to uncomfortable share price pattern. But the main thing the operator movement is very weird. Press the price then build the volume in buying and selling Q only.

Eden on its own merit has excellent fundamental. It's main business of owning two IPPs will give a higher revenues as they were just been rehabilitated. The land near Kuantan Port will be monitised soon for ECRL Project. The management and controlling shareholders connection with both the PM and FM not withstanding.
