Share price up and down always, the most important thing is still the ECRL details. If that not success, then i dont think Eden is attractive counter frankly speaking. But of cos, if that one we strike the lottery then the share price movement will be tremendous dont forget this stock limit up is RM0.30 instead of 30%.

If hit one round, then can consider very lucky.

The only division making profit in the past quarter was Food & Beverage and Tourism Sector. Unfortunately this division will be directly and severely impacted by Covid 19 pandemic. Just to keep this reality in mind.

Very unfortunate that the only profitable biz division of tourism and hospitality is being hit hardest and directly by virus pandemic, a catastrophe beyond any one expectation . Even the construction of ECRL will be delayed and hence the acquisition of Eden's land.

Karlos, i have slightly different opinion.

Yes. For Division of Tourism and Hospitality in Langkawi, this one will be badly impacted.

However, for ECRL, government wont delay:
1) Funding is majorly by China and now is the best time China to spread its global impact
2) Government need to launch those mega projects to ensure the money flow to the market and create a domestic economic cycle.

Lets wait until expiry of MCO and also the public inspection. Soon we will know.

The best thing is the land surrounding the KPC2 station will become a super asset for future development.
