Q1 result has improved, especially profit from Apparel dept has almost double Q2Q. The result is dragged down by losses at Textile dept due to is start-up period with only 20% capacity. When Textile dept capacity reaches break-even, the apparel dept will perform even better. Invest on long term.
Setting up textile mill is exactly an example of a vertical expansion. The mill is set up to produce raw materials to Prlexus to do the apparel manufacturing activities. Competitors will not buy from Prlexus's textile mills.
You don't want to buy even bolt and nuts from other manufacturer. You want to produce every parts yourselves. There will be no economical scale to sustain. At the end, each department will blame another for the losses.

Don't understand why operator push the price down, anyway good for me to collect. This company have a very good reputation. Just a few km from my house. The factory still expanding. Guys better you buy don't sell....
