don't give others hope when there is none. The price before syndicate push it up is only 4 cent (0.04). If syndicate don't support the price, you think all you ikan bilis can maintain it above 10cent? sell now and cut your loss. There is nothing to support the wa price above 10 cent. Even the mother price pre-syndicate is only 11 cent.
