WA price should be count as below:
16+12+12 = 40c
If current price is 40c after (Proposing) rights issue @0.12; share price will back to 28c. WA conversion = urbuyprice + convert price 0.12 = 28c
This could explain why WA didn't move even mother move above 40c
I believe many investor have calculated all this fact already.

@Jason Choong I predicted based on normal share behavior...but it didn't follow normal behavior. I was burnt and sold off with a loss too. We are human and we make mistakes too. Learnt my lesson here. Never trust a deal that is 'too good' to be true. Huge discount between mother and child and I thought everyone should be making some money here.

Take care bro. I hope you and everyone make money too. I cut loss and move on with life. There is always another sunny day ahead. Just learn from mistakes. Nobody is perfect. More risk more gain but also more losses. Be careful. No hard feelings.

coldrisk, yes you are right. After Rights, WA will be adjust on exercise price (how much will adjust?) will be another question.
But it won't affect your buy price on WA at all. So end up... u face same cost.

Also after Rights/WA covert into mother share, which mean earning also dilute; remember vSolar still making loss in their FR.
If this is huge discount; i'll bet why Shark did not pump in $$ to earn a sure gain $$?? :)

FYI, i'm holding the mother. This comment is not a buy or sell; just humble opinion and base on logic sense.

haha richkid, saw u keep spamming buy call on this, if u dunno something better dun shout, i was holding at 0.17 and when it fall down to 0.155 on thursday i was damn pissed off, my loss were few thousands, today morning i lagi pissed off, saw it fall at 0.135, quickly barged in all and sold it all at 0.150 as my cost was 0.152, but thx for ur recommendation on this stock :)

Vsolar-wa is potential tp 10 sen. So buy and keep as the resistant of 5 sen is broken. Breakout buy signal. Next resistant 6.5 sen. Further buy if broken. After 6.5 sen is 8 sen. If 8 sen is broken then it will fly very fast to 11 sen. This is a good chance to buy as we started the penny stock buying spree. Started with Mexter. Everyone is upbeat now on penny stock big percentage increase. Better than savings in FDs.
