majority will go for cashless conversion (icps) if given the icps rights even though you may lose out 10%...rather than giving extra cash out.

To fully subscribe both RI and ICPS, including full conversion of ICPS using the option of 1 ICPS + cash, I believe the calculated total to shell out is around 20% of your capital.

If you have invested RM 100k, to enjoy the discounted RI and conversion later, be prepared to pump additional RM 20k to subscribe both RI and convert ICPS later.

That is the indicative conversion price 0.275 for ICPS. If it is issued in few tranches, potentially the conversion price may be lower hence your additional fund will also be lower.

Look on the bright side, there have a RM2.1billion contract and many other projects on going. If they dont raise capital, how are they going to fulfill the contract? At least you know that orders are coming in from the contract

now directors collect at lower 0.230-0.255, must goreng 1st only let directors sell the exiting shares at 0.335 then fork out $ for ICPS....proposal need 2-3 months to approve, can play play this 2 months
