For the purpose of this announcement, the indicative issue price of RM0.025 per Rights ICPS would give rise to an indicative Conversion Price of RM0.275 each, which is at a premium of RM0.0073 or 2.73% to the TEAP of RM0.2677, calculated based on the 5D-VWAP up to and including the LPD of RM0.2702. The Board is of the opinion that the Conversion Price would be reasonably attractive to encourage Entitled Shareholders to subscribe for the Rights ICPS.

Using the above indicative example, why would you want to pay the company to buy share at a higher price than market price? This statement very funny!

Once both RI and ICPS price has been fixed, the share price can only go up above the fixed price (likely the RI fixed price) or else company will not receive a single subscription from the common shareholders.

Upcoming projections:
1) either RI/ICPS issue price will be different from earlier proposal, or
2) share price can only move up if indicative RI price of 0.23 is final

Company also ask directors to support fund raising via ICPS private placement, what else you want? Definitely a buy call for long term existing holders.

sting79..doesn"t it state that " For the purpose of this announcement"? which means when the time comes the price will remain or changed. the announcement is just an indicative price so that when you want to subscribe you know how the convert the ICPS and at what price. If after conversion the price is above the market price nobody of the right mind will subscribe. don worry if no public subscribe because William has given his commitment to sapu habis and BOD has committed to subscribe their portion. Doesn"t it give a hint to you..if the insider people espcially CEO and BOD commits to subscribe show they are committed to make the company viable otherwise williams & BOD would not berani to spend millions of $ of their own money if he does not see the bright side of the company. after all its for China's company working capital. from the last report, china venture is bearing fruits and they need money to buy raw material from outside current region.Be Bio investor bro..not a gambler otherwise cut loss now....kongkalikong..peace yo

Yeah if not a trader by profession, definitely can hold/avg down Bio till it goes up one day. If previously owned trash stocks like Vivocom and Trive can go up and give me good profit, why not Bio? Let's all wait for the RI/ICPS price fixing, then can plan accordingly.. although tempting to average down at current price..
