I check with my friend in Ipoh and he confirmed that the current facilitation agreement valid for 7 years was signed 2 years ago with 5 more years to run.

No worries Dan, like sifu tksw am a loyal supporter of the company. What I really wanted to do is really visit the Terminal Kampar Putra once I have a chance to. Understand that currently it's damn quiet because of CMCO etc but once it normalised with uni students back, we'll see whether this invstment is good or bad.

Still contemplating whether I should join this counter. Huge potential but price movement a little stagnant haha. Generally love the business model, important thing is that it is profitable business model and pretty much recession proof as most of the source of income from terminal leasing and ads. Hmm

I don't understand the need for this consolidation. If stock is less than 10 sen, then I agree because a 1 sen change is already 10% change, making it less conducive for determining stop loss.

The foreign funds are not interested in Penny stock.

The rationale behind the consolidation is to push it about Rm1. The market cap will at the same time be more than 645mil. The IBs can then place them out to the foreign fund.

Hmm, for me I think company management is good lor....remember to convert daughter to mom was 23.5 sen and Happy sifu converted a RM 6figure sum? Also told I tried to match him but a bit
less lor. Current price means 15-20% return, so why care so much the driver is small or big gas leh? I just grateful for Ptrans....it's a real transformer of my pocket money lor. And I think everyone here will gain cos Ptrans is growing....investing in Ptrans is not a zero sum game!
