you enter at higher premium, now they are compressing the premium

this is the set back when you play CWs. The higher the premium you enter, the risker the premium will be compressed.

it is at IBs advantage now, stop doing revenge trading or contra in/out. just cease playing for time being.

they issue new CW & don't want to MM this CW at existing high premium anymore.

see the new issue of CWs, the sky high premium. eventually will go through the same path.

IB is farming on the contra & revenge traders. stop playing for awhile. Those have been targeted, they still didn't realize it.

the sudden surge past 29 drawed in alot of retailers , after that kena farm to max when mother closed -ve at 28.14.

The more you play revenge trade, the more torment you have to go through. They are not going to let you use their money without cost. After this, you will see another cycle of force sell appearing again the next 1 & 2 days.

It will not be too late to take position after Supermax Qr. Play safe.

nah, only lazy ppl rely on the website to get the revise ratio adjustment

revised strike : RM 6.00
revised ratio: 6.7: 1
warrant price at RM 0.53 & underlying at RM 9.60
the current premium = [ ( 6.7 x RM0.53 + RM 6.00 ) - RM 9.60 ] / RM 9.60 = -0.5%

it was in discount at the moment

theoritical gearing = RM 9.60 / ( 6.7* RM 0.53 ) = 2.7 times
