What’s happening? Why the discount?

1) they still collecting warrants to convert?
2) they distributing warrants, using the mother as bait?
3) just a temporary push of mother share price?

Price of warrant equal to mother share price minus exercise price of RM4.00 and must be equal to Premium of RM 0.50. Price of warrant would be high, if Demand (Buy) is more than Supply (sell).

Conversely, if mother share price is RM6.00; price of warrant would be RM2.00 (mother share price minus execise price of RM4.00).

Share price has fallen so much recently, it will take some time to climb back up. Cannot imagine mother share price reaching RM6.
