近期很多人对 ADB 议论纷纷，还对老板人身攻击。真的不明白这些人的意图是什么？是故意制造恐慌来收票？大家都应该知道这可是一个待爆发的潜力股，拥有巨大的上升空间。不说TP, 自己研究。这些只是其中几点，还有很多不愿意公布。

ADB计划通过云端软件加强其在新加坡的位置。

公司也打算利用IPO 募集到的资金(RM 17.3 million) 用于印度尼西亚、菲律宾、泰国和越南等国家的区域扩张，这将有利于公司的未来盈利增长。

马来西亚税务局最近宣布将从 2024 年开始逐步采用电子发票( E-Invoicing) ，ADB 将会推出新的软件来支持这项服务。
预计E - Invoicing 将成为公司的新业务；接下来的盈利爆发焦点

预计FY 2023 将突破 RM 25 mil 的 core earning

FY2024 将突破 RM 40 mil 的 core earning ( Indonesia, Singapore , Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam 扩张， E invoicing 等等）

还有一点很多部门已经开始游说政府重新启动GST。
一点点建议：当看到类似新闻或政府决定启动GST, 记得 Close Eye All In ，不要问为什么，懂的人都懂。

兼任大马中华总商会会长的参议员丹斯里刘健泉表示，政府应考虑以合理的税率重新引入商品及服务税(GST)，以可持续和全面的方式增加收入。

Itulah, funds asing dan besar boleh beli dari Bursa sahamnya dan all in. Lepas itu, jual Autocount software ke seluruh dunia. You belinya RM1 mil, aku beli darimu RM2mil. Lepas itu, aku jual RM4mil. Semua orang untung lah!
