SILK HOLDINGS BHD (SILKHLD) - STOCK CODE: 5078 SILKHLD pulled back for a correction in the past two weeks after a strong bullish rally which started at the end of January for two weeks. Price climbed from RM0.455 to RM0.760 in two weeks, a 67% increase. Yesterday, price found support at RM0.630 and rebounded to close at RM0.670. The support level is a 38.2% Fibonacci retracement level from a bullish trend that started in late December and near the short term 30-day moving average. The rebound yesterday formed a “hammer” Japanese candlesticks chart pattern which indicates a bullish price reversal. Furthermore, the price is oversold in the short term, based on the Stochastic indicator and therefore, we expect price to rebound and continue its uptrend. Henceforth, we suggest a trading buy for SILKHLD at price up to RM0.675 with a price target at RM0.760 and a stop loss below the immediate support level at RM0.625.
Buy Price : Up to RM0.675 Target Price : RM0.760 Stop loss Price : RM0.625
