Hahahaa, abg halim so funny lah, sakit kepala hilang lo sbb lugi arini, but ok,bro Zu said tomolo upp uppp, yeaaa ada sikit abric ada sikit ireka,tq bro Zu ,u teach a lot,so tomolo willl up up ,aaamiiiin.
Abang halim. Paper profit or loss is not applicable as long we do not dispose the share. Current nta of abric is only 50 cents with gearing of .64x. With the disposal nta of the company will be 87 cents as the company to gain a profit of about 64mil.if we are to hold the share till completion of disposal. We will get cash dividend 30 cents per share yet nta of the company increased to 57 cents and gearing of only 0.14x only. As such min price of abric should be around 87 and rm1 if we are to take into account share premium for new com. Based on their plan as per bursa they do not yet decide its new business venture. But i think they should have already otherwise they will not sell their main business. The lack of financial understanding among investors may prompt retailers to sell instead of buying the shares.
saif Bahar. i bought via cash. once profit will be out, probably this few days. worst case scenario, will hold till disposal of the asset. will get RM0.30 div per share
Ronaldo. on 18/9/2014, the share jump from 70 to 74 cents where the trading started and up to 75 and dropped to around 66 and up again over 70 cents. The gap was already 4 cents when the trading started. By right we should not chase already. When it dropped to 70 from 75, it showed that the trade was bad already, we have long red candle that time. and the price keeps dropping to 66 cents before up again. From 66 it rebounds over 70 cents, the rebound, we call a technical rebound and it will not sustain. if i am not mistaken u bought at 68 but u have chance to sell at 70 in the following day but you chose to hold whereas the trade was bad already based on 18/9/2014 transactions.
Ronaldo96. for me, the current market price is considered over pricing. It is only goreng stock. It may up or down again. Based on the current trend is considered bad.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
