hi bbdd ... actually nta just a guide line lai .. i think base on future earning ,prospect of a company is more important... and nta may not apply in many tech counter or sector .. juga in some manufacturing counter .. the nta may seem high but the actual value of asset is hard to evaluate precisely aeh .. ..
and how about intangible asset ? like coca cola ,mcdonald ... their nta may low but the brands name it self may worth billions ...

as for wzsatu ... me juga feel overprice liau .. but seem like mr market know something tat we dont , and is biasa la ..so , congrat to those who ada la ... hhahahaa la ...
