Smart Retailer are slowly buying in or cutting out now ?

Some stock went higher and higher despite the volatile market. Some stock went lower and lower. While it is easy to talk - Buy in when market is down. So what are the smart retailer doing now? Are they buying in when the market is down like current ? Or are they selling out because they foresee a bigger plunge moving forward? What about you ? Buy, sell, or do nothing ?
