Simply the KLCI has already peaked. It is now on its down wave with intermittent rebounds. If u recall, the uptrend started during the 1998 lows.

KLCI is never a performance benchmark for Klse stocks in general. All the component stocks in it is controlled by Khaz , Epf and friends. Use it as a general sentiment gauge.
I also notice a lot of investors wanting to short KLCi future index.
KlCIindex will moves at the wills of these guys so I hope those playing index future take this into account when gambling with your hard earn cash. You are playing with the Big Buayas.
