Serba Dinamik is officially launch its prospectus on 30 Dec and it would be the largest IPO in 19 months ever. Looking at their dividend policy, it is quite attractive, 30% of their PAT. Assuming they pay about 90 sen per share based on the annualised profit, even if the share price hikes to RM3 that still gives you a yield of 30% which is way better than a lot of counters! Any opinions?

With the getting higher oil price, this counter could be able to trade at about rm2.00 to rm3.00 on opening day.
