nylex is a good comparable as it is another cash shell. it is trading at around 4x it's cash value per share. it is a matter of time before scgm shoots past RM1, which is only 2x its cash value of 50sen now.

I opine that the deal for injection of new businesses is irreversible as the acquirers have acquired a substantial amount of shares from the Lee families at RM0.65 which is above the NTA level. Aborting now will only inflict losses on the acquirer as the SCGM will be delisted without new business injection.

If delist can get back money around 0.70, why did they sell off most of their holdings at 0.65. Isn't it better for him just to delist the company ?
