Quote : nari: Announces 1-for-2 bonus issue to reward shareholders. Inari Amertron is proposing to undertake a one-for-two bonus issuance of up to 1.12bn new shares to reward its shareholders. Inari said the bonus shares will be credited as fully paid-up at 10 sen per share to entitled shareholders, on an entitlement date to be determined later. The proposed bonus issue, according to the group, will see Inari capitalising up to RM112.08m from its share premium account. (The Edge)
