Unable to Add Transaction into portfolio

Anyone encounter problems of not able to add transactions or update their portfolio? Am trying to add transactions to my portfolio but dont seem to be able to key in anything. Is there a way to overcome this or I3 let problem with the portfolio system? Am using Chrome and had also try IE but still failed. Thanks.
