For those who only subscribe to Rakuten Trade and using their apps or website, i found that their information few minutes late compare to other securities web or apps. To that extent, 1-2 minutes late !!.. for active traders..few seconds will cost you thousand ringgit ler !! .. so, subscribe to Rakuten to capitalized their cheap commision, but use other apps to monitor the stock market. all securities have their own web and apps.. I donno la why Rakuten purposely provide web/apps service that lousy and slow??..and to make matters worst..their app always hang..WTF!
