The reason why this kind of person doing all these shit is because people don't give hard punishment, yet some people even praise this kind of act. that encourage them to do all this shit, illegally slip in to climb up, just like previously Shanghai tower. Police Should give them a jail + permanent ban from visiting Malaysia.

what if they climbed up and accidentally fell down, and their body hit&kill some pedestrian below ? You know they illegally break in the still undergoing construction building in the night to do this kind of stun? Then if this happen who gonna be responsible for it?
