Disposal of 120,000,000 ordinary shares held in Fiamma Holdings Berhad ("Shares") by Mr Lim Choo Hong to Signature International Berhad ("SIB") and 30,000,000 Shares to Divine Intentions Sdn. Bhd ("DISB") via Share Sale Agreements. Madam Kok Sau Chun is deemed interested by virtue of her spouse, Mr Lim Choo Hong's beneficial interest. The aforesaid disposals will be completed upon the fulfilment of condition for completion by SIB and DISB in accordance with the Share Sale Agreements. Upon completion of disposals, 120,000,000 Shares will be registered in the name of SIB and 30,000,000 Shares will be registered in the name of DISB. As a result, Mr Lim Choo Hong will be holding 2,096,068 Shares representing 0.413% equity interest in Fiamma Holding Berhad and shall cease to be a substantial shareholder. Accordingly, Madam Kok Sau Chun shall cease to be a substantial shareholder.
