Disposal of 35,375,810 Genting Malaysia Berhad ("GENM") shares held by Kien Huat International Limited ("KHIL") pursuant to a cash settled total return swap transaction entered into on 6 September 2023. Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay had a deemed interest in the GENM shares disposed of by KHIL by virtue of him being a beneficiary of a discretionary trust ("the Discretionary Trust") of which Parkview Management Sdn Bhd ("PMSB") is the trustee. PMSB as trustee of the Discretionary Trust owns 100% of the voting shares of KHIL. As such, PMSB as trustee of the Discretionary Trust was deemed interested in the GENM shares held by KHIL.
