The Board of Directors of Fast Energy Holdings Berhad ("Fast Energy" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 27September 2023 were duly passed by way of poll using the Remote Participation and Voting (“RPV”) facilities provided byInshub Sdn Bhdin Malaysia at the EGM of the Company held on today, 17 October 2023.

The results of the poll were validated by SharePolls Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
