Karyon: No plans to list unit in HK

KUALA LUMPUR: Karyon Industries Bhd has clarified that
its subsidiary, Karyon (Jinhua) Advanced Materials Co. Ltd (KJAM), has no intention of seeking listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE), as reported by a local newspaper last Friday.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, Karyon said it would make the
necessary announcement, should there be any material information that falls under the scope of the ACE Market Listing Requirement of Bursa Securities. - Bernama
