KNM fixes two-call right shares at RM1

KNM Group Bhd has fixed the issue price of the two-call right shares at RM1, payable in 40 sen cash for the first call
right and 60 sen capitalised from the company's share premium account for the second one.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, KNM said the subscribing entitled shareholders of the company will not be required to make any further cash payment after the payment for the first call.

The company has also fixed the exercise price for the warrants at RM1 for every one new KNM share, it said.

KNM has proposed a two-call right issue of 488.92 million new ordinary shares on the basis of one rights share for every two existing shares together and 488.92 million detachable warrants on the basis of one warrant for every one rights share subscribed. -- Bernama
