#原来SPRM要找的Mak也是股市闻人
对于昨天 SPRM ”寻人启事“ 中的主角 Mak，
其实他的朵在马股也已经纵横很多年了。
不过都是和仙股集团擦到边的啦～
在近几年 Mak 也慢慢开始淡出股坛了，
最 Latest 的举动就是在上个星期，
被 AT（现在的 Erdasan）解除了所有职务🚫
然后在去年也辞掉了 3 家公司的 ED 职位，
分别是：Pasukhas、AE Multi 和 Trive。
剩下那些他担任过的上市公司 BOD 则有：
Saudee、Green Ocean，还有就是，
被市场誉为：前首相 Sabri 的 ”概念股“ AIM。
#AIM是Mak涉及最经典的马股案列
话说当年在 Sabri 正式登基的一个星期前，
一家名为：AIM 的 Listed Co，
就忽然莫名地被疯狂炒作。
股价在短短 4 天内狂飙超过 188%🔥
故此 AIM 就被市场认为是 Sabri 的 ”概念股“。
而当时 AIM 的最大股东，
就是 Mak 啦，拥有近 30% 的股权。
有趣的是他是通过一家公司来持股，
名为：Sanston Financial。
而 Sanston Financial 这家公司，
也曾是多家上市公司的股东之一，包括了：
我们的仙股之王：Fintec Global、
PnePcb、AT、Saudee、Komark、Lambo、
Focus、Seacera、喜得狼，Permaju 和其他等等。
这些熟悉的名字，
都是马股里红极一时的超级仙股😈
这也解释了 Mak 同时在上述几家超级仙股公司，
担任 BOD 的这回事，绝对并非巧合那么简单。

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) is tracking down a man, who was recently suspended from Erdasan Group Bhd, to assist in its ongoing investigation.
In a statement, the MACC said the man is 50-year-old Mak Siew Wei.
According to the MACC, Mak's last known address is No. 33, Jalan PJU 8/12C, Rafflesia Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
"Members of the public who know or have information about the individual are urged to contact investigating officer Khairul Ariffin Ghazali at 012-3235996 or email him at khairulariffin@sprm.gov.my," the statement said.
It was reported last week that Mak was suspended as executive director of Erdasan Group while the company carries out an investigation into potentially questionable transactions that occurred in 2020 and 2021.
The company, in a stock exchange filing, said it had engaged a local law firm to provide guidance on the next steps.
The company reported a net loss of RM10.3 million for the third quarter of the 2025 financial year, although its revenue saw a slight increase to RM8.5 million.

Menzies-MMAG partnership set to enhance Malaysia’s aviation sector — Loke

SEPANG (Feb 24): The partnership between Menzies Aviation and MMAG Sky Services Sdn Bhd is set to bring international expertise into Malaysia’s aviation sector, with the aim of expanding their business and enhance service quality, said Transport Minister Anthony Loke.
Menzies Aviation has secured the necessary ground handling licence from the Malaysian Aviation Commission (Mavcom), effective Nov 1, 2024, allowing it to commence operations in Malaysia.
“Menzies is a company with a long history, and we hope they can bring international elements to our aviation sector. We also look forward to their business growth here and the improved services they will bring,” Loke said in his speech at the launch of Menzies Aviation Malaysia here.

KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 13): MMAG Holdings Bhd (KL:MMAG) has proposed diversifying into financial services, including moneylending and hire purchase financing, alongside its existing businesses.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company also announced plans to expand into aviation and related services.
MMAG said the proposals align with its strategy to pursue new business opportunities and additional income streams to strengthen financial performance, drive growth and enhance shareholder value.

the company is not the same like a few years ago. They literally changed the board and there has been a tectonic shift in the shareholding structure as well. In 2021, the stock was pumped by money laundering groups; this time I observe actual investors buying into the stock

MMAG Holdings Bhd (MMAG) on Friday announced that Datuk Farhash Wafa Salvador has emerged as its largest shareholder, after acquiring a 20% stake or 462 million shares earlier this week. He has also been appointed chairman of the company.

President Donald Trump has said "great progress" has been made during trade talks with China.

MMAG's logistics arm joins collaboration on entrepreneur commercial vehicle programme
KUALA LUMPUR: An indirect subsidiary of MMAG Bhd has inked a memorandum of collaboration (MoC) with Mpire Global Bhd, JAC Auto ( Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Cheongfuli (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in relation to an entrepreneur programme for commercial vehicle ownership.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said its logistics arm, Line Clear Express Sdn Bhd, intends to collaborate on the project to establish a structured programme that empowers drivers and entrepreneurs with ownership of commercial vehicles.
The project will also provide accessible financing and leasing options through strategic partnerships, promote economic development by expanding transport service capacity and strengthen collaboration among industry stakeholders for sustainable growth.
MMAG said the MoC has the potential to support Line Clear’s asset-light strategy by expanding its fleet and service capacity while improving operational efficiency.
"The collaboration will integrate vehicle supply, financing, and logistics solutions, empowering local
entrepreneurs and strengthening Line Clear’s position in the market.
"This initiative aligns with Line Clear’s growth strategy and contributes positively to sustainable development and long-term value," it said.
