1 year a lot can happen. Don't know when they will give out cheap ESOS again, PP and RI. If prospect good no need to consolidate . Market will decide its value.

New NOSH = 226,203,463 is very lean now
Be aware that big sharks might artificially pushed up the share price to catch newbies, punters and fomo
Be careful of behavior of directors who might start to raise more funds via massive share issuance to RI, PP, ESOS or to acquire assets at higher cost in near future
resulting in increasing the NOSH to multi billion shares again and repeat the process of share consolidation

Most folks who did not follow this AT long enough will think there is a future for this counter. Think again. Those who had held on long enough must realize that if they sell now, whatever they sell, they are actually selling at below RM0.01 .... old price.
If there was no share consolidation, it'd be hard to sell off unless you sell off straight to 0.005. This consolidation is one way for those bosses to sell down slowly without the bilis feeling the sell off. At 0.26 price right now, the old equivalent price would be RM0.0087. The bosses will keep unloading. The bilis will think they are getting into a bargain, will jump in and will happily hand their money over, only to see their investment evaporate over time .... when the bosses start to issue PPs and Esos.

Tunggu 0.15 la.. kalau tangan gatal.. That is a support before consolidate 30 to 1. Even if you get 0.15 pun tak boleh pasti ia tak turun sampai 0.05 .

At 20 sen post-consolidation, the old price equivalent would be 0.00667 ....
See how they work? Before consolidation, they can't unload at 0.01 and they didn't want to take a 50% hit if they just unload at the next level which was 0.005. So they carried out this 30:1 share consolidation exercise. Many blur2 sotong got caught as they suddenly saw a 'gap up' in the charts, which obviously was artificial and unadjusted yet. Some probably thought the company has finally turned around or some good news, etc. Those were unknowingly but actually buying at 0.01 old price if they had chased at 30sen post-consolidation. And the mgmt had managed to cash out a chunk of their holdings at an otherwise mostly untradeable price. Since, they can slowly sell down over the days without taking that old 50% hit. Hope you guys understand that ... bilis will always be bilis, but it's time to think like sharks, sometimes. It's good for your financial health.

Simple way to. Big boss already goreng one big round before consolidate- down to 0.005.
They earned and run. And couldnt goreng from low bid point as will kena UMA.
After consolidate. is total another new set game for them.
Those who buy before consolidate at high price....haha.. Dont even think about...

Take note 3 years ago, during the peak of glove mania, AT also want to be glove maker. Pay $4.4m cash, full amount, for a glove factory . After 6 month,decide not to proceed. Till today SC never question AT director refund of $4.4m money take so long, already 3 years. 2rd question is why AT director pay full amount of 4.4m cash instead of 440k, 10% while doing the due diligence. Guys dont touch a dubious transaction company and many companies related to this syndicate. Fintec, Netx, Eduspec, Oversea, XOX, Lambo.
