this company net cash as per latest QR is 69 mils (cash - loan & ignoring all receivables inventories etc),
at 0.04 it is trading at market cap of 49mils (even below the net cash of the company by 20 mils ?? )
unless you tell me the money account is fake or already sapu-ed by conmen ??

"Classita said there are no operational and financial impact arising from the investigation report, as the amount due from relevant parties highlighted in the report has been fully impaired."
seemed like those "money sapued" already fully impaired in their accounting report so won't affect their future earning going forward .... if those money can be recovered from those ex-conmen, then will be treated as extraordinary profit !

September 2022, 17 October 2022, 25 October 2022, 26 October 2022, 08 November
2022, 21 December 2022, 18 April 2023 and 27 April 2023. Unless otherwise
stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as
defined in the said announcements.
The Board of Directors of Classita wishes to announce that the Hearing of the
Committal Proceedings against the Former Directors previously fixed on 30
November 2023 was adjourned and fixed this morning. After hearing oral
submissions from the parties, the Court dismissed the Committal Proceedings
against the Former Directors with costs.
This announcement is dated 16 April 2024.
