Adjustments to the number of the outstanding Warrants 2012/2022 of Nexgram Holdings Berhad (“Nexgram”) (“Warrant(s) A”) in accordance with the provisions under the deed poll dated 9 May 2012 and a supplemental deed poll dated 23 May 2013 (“Deed Polls”) consequent to the bonus issue of 423,116,217 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in Nexgram (“Nexgram Shares”) (“Bonus Shares”), to be credited as fully paid-up, on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every three (3) Nexgram Shares held by the entitled shareholders of Nexgram as at 5.00 p.m. on 23 April 2014 (“Entitlement Date”) (“Bonus Issue”)

4cents cheap its not ok for warrants on ace market...if u say mom 4cents i agreed its cheap.

Today thursday most probably price unchanged or closed at 0.045..still the price on down mode after some hard standstill.watch it..and look like index soon will have a down trend soon by june or july.

It already hit a new high......but not high enough....intra day cld be a newer record...close as record high ? Im not too sure. I will q at 4 cts for this share. Hopefully the company will allow be to buy

Index will be up on Monday b,base on the trend.GDP was excellent .
For this share ,i think 4 ct is a damp good buy. Mothey is very stable at 11-12 cts meaning WA shld be 5.5 to 6 cts. I must hv this share at 4 cts.

but ace counters in potential to corrections mode..
to move up very soon..maybe after holiday...
Target for this counter at 0.065..will the sold..really tired of mind.

what 10c...... at least 18 sen.... bcos mama will hit 20 sens... normally premium 40% so is 28 sens less 10 sens conversion... so is 18 sens lor....

Nexgram held above the MYR0.135 level for a fifth consecutive trading session. Traders may buy, as a bullish bias could be present. The target price is set at MYR0.155, followed by MYR0.18. ....0.20...0.25...0.325......

If u see there is no sustainable comments up here...people say worth to buy since the price 5cents..if u see the price easy to touch 4cents..motherboard is to weak..
Like i say earlier mom.will play range at 0.095 and wa at range 3.5..but also can go down below wb price..people are buying in their choice bcz easy to everage it..but my self will try wait 3cents or 3.5..wish best of luck...
