MTD Capital Berhad is a Malaysia-based company. The principal activities of the Company are investment holding and provisioning of project management services. Its subsidiaries are engaged in trading, servicing, dealing in road construction equipment and provision of project management services, financing, construction, owning, operation and maintenance of power generating facility, investment holding and development and management of toll road. The Company has five segments: engineering and construction, trading and services, investment holding and others, toll collection and project development. The Company's subsidiaries include MTD Equity Sdn. Bhd., MTD Realty Sdn. Bhd., MTD InfraPerdana Bhd and Rigap Persada Sdn. Bhd. On March 2, 2009, the Company's subsidiary, MTD ACPI acquired interests in Falcon Beat Sdn. Bhd.
