Berhad, which is engaged in investment holding, civil and building contractors; Medan Damai Development Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in property development; Mahajaya Management Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the provision of management services, and Spangate Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in investment holding.
