Description

ATIS Corporation Berhad (ATIS) is principally engaged in investment holding. The Company's has two segments: Industrial supply and Property development. The Industrial supply segment is engaged in distribution and supply of industrial electrical, electronic, non-ferrous metal, industrial hardware and their related accessories and products. The property development segment includes development of residential and commercial properties, property investment and rental services. The Company's subsidiary Mutiara launched Nadayu brand under the property development segment. During the financial year ended December 31, 2010, it launched two projects Nadayu Melawati and Nadayu 92 Kajang. In April 2010, the Company acquired 49% of the interest of ATIS IDR Ventures Sdn. Bhd. ATIS subsidiary include KVC Industrial Supplies Sdn. Bhd., Pressto Asia Sdn. Bhd., TSA Industries Sdn. Bhd., ATIS Properties Sdn. Bhd. and ATIS Porcelain (HK) Limited.
