The Company operates in two segments: plantation, which includes cultivation of oil palm and palm oil milling and rubber estate, and intrapreneur venture, which include investment holding in companies in a range of business undertakings, such as sea transportation and related services, car park operation, bulk mailing and printing services, insurance brokerage, fertiliser trading and others. It has 11 subsidiaries, including MM Vitaoils Sdn Bhd, Tepak Marketing Sdn Bhd, MIT Insurance Sdn Bhd, Microwell Sdn Bhd, Sindora Timber Sdn Bhd, E.A. Technique (M) Sdn. Bhd, Metro Parking (M) Sdn. Bhd, Pro Office Solutions Sdn. Bhd, EPASA Shipping Agency Sdn Bhd, GranuLab (M) Sdn Bhd and Orkim Sdn Bhd. On January 31, 2011, the Company acquired 51% interest of Orkim Sdn Bhd. On March 23, 2010, it acquired 60% interest of Microwell Sdn Bhd. On July 23, 2010, the Company acquired 90% interest of MIT Insurance Sdn Bhd.
