don't ever trust sweet talks by CONsultants or anyone whether here or other forums, many have their own private agenda but to do your own due diligent before investing in any stock. A "prominent stock expert" premised on a profit of 60~80% and it's now trading 10% below par... don't ever believe and i didn't!

KUALA LUMPUR: ACE-market bound construction engineering solution and services group Plytec Holding Bhd, has won a contract from Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) to turn Sarawak into a smart city.
Plytec plans to list on the ACE market on November 15, 2023.
According to a statement issued by Plytec, its unit BIM Engineering Solution & Technology Sdn Bhd (BEST) secured the 42-month contract to establish a digital ecosystem in Sarawak, from SEDC's subsidiary PPES Consults Sdn Bhd.
The contract sum was not revealed.
The planned digital ecosystem will be driven by Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology, to facilitate the digital transformation of Sarawak.
The services to be provided by BEST include the standardisation of information management systems, provision of project implementation assistance, training, and capacity building to develop processes rooted in the concept of a digital twin for built assets.
"In line with our goal to grow our DDE ("digital design and engineering") solutions segment, we are pleased to provide our experience and capabilities in BIM to assist with the transformation of Sarawak into a smart city. This will create a more liveable, sustainable, and efficient urban environment that benefits residents, businesses, and the environment alike. Being chosen by SEDC to impart our BIM knowledge in building a digital ecosystem is an honour and a testament to our leadership in BIM and DDE solutions. We are thrilled to receive this contract from SEDC and would like to extend our appreciation for their trust in us," Plytec group managing director and chief executive officer Yang Kian Lock said.
SEDC is a state government agency with the primary mission of fostering and facilitating economic development within the state.

Yup, so true. I have been keeping Leform ( 100 lots....24k ) since ipo until now which is almost a year. Good thing is I am now making money with Leform hitting ATH.
