Structured warrants are proprietary instruments issued by a third-party issuer, namely an eligible broker or financial institution that give holders the right, but not the obligation, to buy (call warrants) or sell (put warrant) the underlying instrument in the future for a fixed price.
A call warrant is in-the-money when the exercise price is lower than the price of the underlying share.
A put warrant is in-the-money when the underlying share price is lower than the exercise price.

Furniture maker Euro Holdings Bhd is selling a plot of freehold industrial land with a two-storey detached factory and a three-storey office building built on it in Rawang, Selangor — which is being used as the group's warehouse now — for RM13.8 million cash, to bolster its cash flow to repay bank borrowings and to fund its working capital. Euro Holdings' wholly owned Euro Space Industries (M) Sdn Bhd has inked a sale and purchase agreement with Ban Hee Metal Sdn Bhd to sell the 82,602 sq ft land. Of the proceeds from the disposal, RM11 million will be used to repay borrowings while RM1.39 million will be used for working capital, and the rest will be used to defray estimated expenses relating to the exercise.

A PBB remisier called Ms Yeong foolishly bought a few lots of this @ $2.00 hoping to catch a rebound....Instead it dived relentlessly into the longkang & never came close to that level again.....even if it DOUBLES from the current price, it'll still be DOWN 88% for her...
