Has been involved in management consulting, especially those involved in acquisitions, takeovers, amalgamations and restructuring of companies and in the preparation of floatation exercises.
He was the Executive Chairman and Managing Partner of Arthur Andersen until it merged with Ernst & Young in July 2002.
Currently he is the Joint Chairman of Ernst & Young, a Tustee of the National Heart Institute, Chairman of Malaysian Accounting Standards Board and Member of Investment Panel of EPF.
