Hikmah Rahmaniyah Ahmad Khatib is the Group Company Secretary. Before her appointment as the Group Company Secretary, she was first appointed as the Joint Company Secretary in 2018. Prior such appointment, she held post as the Senior Manager, Group Finance and Administration. She joined the Group as the Manager, Finance on 2 January 2008.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from International Islamic University, Malaysia.  She is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2001.She started her career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers from 1997 until 2000 and later joined Bank Pembangunan & Infrastruktur (M) Bhd (currently known as SME Bank).  She was with the bank for 7 years prior to joining the Group.
