Petron Malaysia Refining & Marketing Bhd (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that at the Company’s 54th Annual General Meeting that was held at the Ballroom, Ground Level, Grand Dorsett Subang Hotel, Jalan SS12/1, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor on Friday, May 31, 2013 at 9:30a.m, the Resolutions tabled (per the Notice of Meeting date April 26, 2013) were voted on by Poll.

All Resolutions tabled were declared as carried. The results of the Poll are as per the Attachment herein.
