The Board of Directors of BP Plastics Holding Berhad is pleased to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the FourteenthAnnual General Meeting ("14th AGM") of the Company dated 30 May 2018were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 14th AGMheld today.
