Outcome
The Board of Directors of JCY International Berhad is pleased to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting ("13thAGM") of the Company dated 30January2019 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 13th AGMheld today.
The voting in respect ofthe resolutions were carried out by way ofpoll and the results of the poll were validated by Commercial QuestSdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
Details of the results of the polling in respect of all the resolutions at the 13th AGM are set out below.
