Outcome
The Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the Manager for Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust ("SUNREIT"), wishes to announce that the resolutionas set out in the Notice of Unitholders'Meeting dated 22 March 2019 was duly approved by the unitholders of SUNREIT today.
The resolutionwas voted by poll and the resultof the poll wasvalidated by BDO Consulting Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by SUNREIT.
