The Board of Directors of Sapura Energy Berhad (formerly known as SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad) ( Company ) wishes to announce that allResolutions as set out in the Notice of Sixth Annual General Meeting ( 6th AGM ) dated 30 May2017 wereduly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the 6th AGM held today.
