1) When Serba went under, Petronas INSISTED on Cash Upfront for Contract and I would assume the same thing goes for Lap SAP here.
2) Creditors have taken Lap SAP to Court and obtained Judgement on Debts of over RM5 Billions, wondering which Creditors/Supplier is still dealing with them.
3) Bankers could not care less if you are losing another 3.3 Billions or 30 Billion, so long as ALL Assets are under Encumbrances and Secured for their Loans and Advances.
4) In their Press release yesterday, they have voiced the difficulties to complete projects due to suspended Credit Lines, which in turn causes their Revenue to die down even further in coming months.
In the event of Liquidation, the Bankers whom are holding Charges over the Assets are the ones getting their hands on the Sales Proceeds......
