On behalf of the Board of Directors of KIP REIT Management, CIMB wishes to announce that the Unitholders of KIP REIT have approved the Proposed Acquisition at the Meeting held today.

The results of the Ordinary Resolution that was voted on by way of poll at the Meeting are as stated below.

The Proposed Acquisition is still subject to the consent of the State Authority for the transfer of the Land from the Vendor to the Purchaser, and the relevant application has been submitted accordingly.
