The Board of Directors of MBM Resources Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the 23rd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on Thursday, 25 May 2017 at 10.30 a.m. A copy of the Notice of the 23rd AGM is attached.

The Board of Directors of MBM ResourcesBerhad ("MBMR") is pleased to announce that the resolutions set outin the Notice of the Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting ("23rdAGM") dated 28April2017were duly passed at the 23rdAGM of MBMRheld on 25May 2017.

All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 23rdAGM. The results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by MBMR. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
