The Board of Directors of SKP Resources Bhd ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the Company dated 23 March 2021 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the EGM held today.

The resolutions were voted by way of a poll and the results of the poll were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
